Getting started

I work best with women who:

Are ready and willing to move forward. This does not mean being completely over all crying jags and expected blah days; it means being ready to begin again.
Have a sense of humor. This is very helpful, especially during trying times.
Are willing to cry when they feel the need. Your tears are normal and expected. Being a sensitive gal, I will likely cry with you at times.
Remain mindful that grieving is part of the process. I will remind you to be kind and gentle with yourself.
Will help their children through the process (if children are involved). Children of divorce love their other parent even if you can’t currently remember one lovable quality.
Treat me with respect and expect the same from me.
Will be honest with me. It is very important that your home reflects your taste, not mine. I will happily make suggestions, but I want the decisions to be yours.
Can afford my services. I do not want my fees to add stress. However, most of my clients tell me that I actually save them money. (Examples can be found on the testimonials page.)
Refer me if they believe my services were of value.
